  • Q. How will I know when my order has shipped? You will know your order has shipped when you receive your order complete email or when the status column on your order page changed to Complete. Most orders are shipped in 1 - 2 business days.
  • Q. How can I find out the status of my order? On your account page there is a list of your previous and current orders. The Fulfillment Status column lets you know how far along your order is in our system. Once the order is shipped it will be marked as Fulfilled.
  • Q. How do I track my order? After your order has shipped you will be sent an email letting you know your order is complete and on it's way. In this email will be tracking information and a link to track your package.
  • Q. My Order never arrived. Check your account page to ensure that the order has been completed. If so, track your package with the info from your order completion email. If the the carrier doesn't have the info you may email us at support@hotsaucewilliws.com
  • Q. Can I get a refund? For the safety of our customers we can not accept returns. We will and can not sell food items that have been out of our possession. We will issue refunds if there is a problem of which we are at fault.
  • Q. To what countries do you ship? We ship to over 110 countries including all of North America (including Canada), South America and Europe. We currently do not ship to Africa and Asia. To see a full list of countries check our shipping calculator on our cart page. If a country is there then we will ship to that country.
