Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Ceviche

This recipe uses Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 6 - 7 oz red snapper fillet, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, julienned
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2.5 oz of Bravado Spice Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce

1.) Toss all.
2.) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
