This recipe uses Jersey Barnfire Black Garlic Hot Sauce
PREP TIME 5 MINUTES!!!!!
- 1 Pork Shoulder sized to fit in YOUR crock pot.
- 2-3 cans of ginger ale
- 1 cup Original Jersey Barnfire Hot Sauce
- 2 green apples
Slice apples up and core them.
Place apples on bottom of crock pot and put pork shoulder on top.
Add ginger ale to a two inches below top of pork.
Pour ⅓ cup of Jersey Barnfire Hot Sauce on top of pork.
Cover and place crock pot on low overnight or for 8-10 hours.
Remove pork and disguard all but a cup of the liquid.
Shred pork with two large forks and then mix the rest of the Jersey Barnfire Hot Sauce into pork.
Serve with cole slaw on a pretzel bun !
MAKES ABOUT 12-16 SANDWICHES WITH A 5-6 lb SHOULDER!
